End "Random" Searches & ID Checks on the MBTA.

The ability to travel freely is one of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the U.S.
Constitution. Random searches and ID checks have not been proven to be effective. They
merely serve to delay and inconvenience law-abiding citizens while providing a false sense
of security.
