The Wasted Vote
Voting for a candidate implies agreement with that candidate's
platform. If you vote for a
candidate who does not stand for what you believe in, you will not be
appropriately
represented.
Even if your candidate does not win, the winner will take notice of
where the opposition lies
and adjust his platform accordingly. An election is not a horse race.
Picking a winner is less
important than stating your beliefs.
